Using a tailored, evidence-based approach, we will improve ergonomics, minimise the Likelihood of desk based discomfort and meet the legal requirements for DSE assessments, making the office a more comfortable place to work.

After a simple DSE assessment form is filled in, we will review it with each client and ask questions to ascertain if you have any concerns and where we can help i.e. any aches, pains or unmanageable tension; work, life or sport related. We may do this privately if space is available for personal matters but ideally, in situ, to get a realistic picture and best outcome.

Suggestions will be made on your optimum desk and chair height, chair and monitors adjusted accordingly where possible, and at least, advice on how get the best from your station and relevant preventive measures. Your sitting position may be discussed and some simple accessories recommended to prevent future discomfort. We are happy to suggest if physiotherapy is an option you would benefit from and if not, answer any questions you may have.

To get the best from our service, we like to offer some relevant, safe exercises to ease any stiffness that may build up over a day and provide a report, with consent, on each assessment for personal and company reference.

If you have a wellness room or a private space, we are happy to bring necessary equipment to your office to provide advice, hands on treatment and exercises to deal with any musculoskeletal problem.

We are here to listen, understand any physical issues, and work with you to get you back to doing what you love or prevent you from having to stop.

We provide treatment, functional exercises for your ability, accounting for biomechanically linked injuries and advise on how to avoid them.

We want to give you the information to fully manage issues, account for any limitations you may have with, evidence-based, clear guidance, so you can get on with your passions, whilst being aware of actions to avoid.
